Everyone who works in the Coca-Cola system can keep this great trust and deliver quality products and services. The foundation of our success is QUALITY. We have inherited this golden rule, and we will continue to adhering RELIABLE, PERFECT PRODUCTS ANYWHERE.
“MCS Coca-Cola” company’s policy towards occupational safety and health:
In all our activities, we comply with Mongolian law on Occupational safety and health, Coca-Cola company’s safety requirements, and MCS Group’s Occupational safety policy by creating a healthy and safe working environment. The following principles shall be followed in the implementation of the above policy.
The management team of the company will pay attention to the constant improvement of occupational safety and health indicators and provide necessary resources to do so:
- Adhere to the principles of transparency, openness and non-accusation
- Employee has the “right not to perform work that does not provide labor safety”
- Each employee will pay attention to his own safety, encourage others to follow the correct practices, and aim to work without causing industrial accidents
